Care Giving Work

I am a regular employee with just little above minimum wage earner. I want to earn more by planning to take a caregiving course so I can work abroad. I am planning to enroll this year in a caregiver course, but I am quite hesitant because I think care giving need more physical strength. My weight is just 104 lbs. do you think it will be hard for me to work as care giver with a kind of weight I have knowing that you will carry or lift in some situation an old patient who is bigger and heavier than me (especially foreign)?
