Anyone else trying to read??

A new Earth? When I heard about it on Oprah the day she featured the Secret on her show, I thought it was going to be great. Well, I just can't get into it. I can't stay focused while reading it. My mind wanders. I find myself thinking about other things while I'm reading the words off the page. Then I have to start over. It's really frustrating. I don't know if the book just isn't any good or what. I really liked reading the Secret. I did skip some sections since it repeated itself, but it was nothing like a New Earth. I don't know if I should put it down and give up or keep trudging on. I usually read a book in a couple of weeks. I read every night before I go to sleep. Well, I've been reading a New Earth since right after it came out. So that was months ago. I'm not even sure exactly how long. What is your opinion? Has anyone else tried to read this book? Has anyone succeeded?
