What can I make with Chivas Regal scotch?

I got a bottle of Chivas Regal at the office Christmas party and have only had a couple of drinks with it - with cola on ice. It's not bad (I'm not much of a drinker, but I do enjoy a cocktail occasionally), but there must be other things I can make. I have Bailey's and Kahlua, but no other l!quors (for some reason, MyLot will allow brand names, but not the actual generic word - not sure I understand that one). Anyway, does anyone have another way I can enjoy this particular beverage? Whether it be a drink or as an ingredient in a cooking recipe - I'm open for suggestions. Thanks!
