my discussions usually get 2-5 responses. i don't know how to increase those responses. i just posts discussions when i feel like posting one and i didn't think of how many respondents would i get. it is hard to get respondents for discussions.
i think having friends helps in having more responses because most of mylotters reads discussions from their friends first.

That seems to be the average, I'm still a bit lower though however.

also you have to comment more. when you comment, your name appears on the discussion and mylotters become familiar with your icon. the more familiar they are, the more they respond to your discussions (i think).
and i found out that if you talk about mylot and making money, there would be many responses.

Usually, i got 7-10 responses. But i got only 2 or 3 responses in some of my discussions too. It's a little bit difficult for a new comer to get lots of responses. At the beginning, my discussions got only 2 or 3 responses. Then i began to think about the reasons. Finally i got that, if you want to get lots of responses, you have to make an interesting discussion, and have a attractive title for it. And what's more, the topic of your discussion must be simple enough. In other words, if you are sharing a experience which most people have experienced, obviously, you can get more responses coz people really know things about your topic. You can try to do more responses to discussion first to learn how people start a good discussion and get so many responses.
