10 year old gives birth after being raped

This is like the 4th story I have heard about girls this age giving birth, it is very wrong. I was always told that a girl couldn't conceive until about the age of 14 years. I guess whoever came up with that theory is being proved wrong. It's just so sick to hear of girls being treated that way by much much older men, what is wrong with these men? I hope you find out more about this story I would like to know what happens to the girl an her baby I think the man should be sent to prison those guys would take care of him.

Without knowing the full situation on this I cannot say the parents are to blame. They might not have known about it or the pregnancy until it was far too late to terminate it. I do think that if they knew right away from the moment it happened then they should have gotten her the morning after treatment. I can't say the state should take her away unless it was the father who did the attack or they allowed it to happen. If they didn't then it's not the parents fault and that little girl has been through enough without that trauma as well.

this is so sad... this is not the first time i read about this kind of news... instead, this is the second one i read this month in mylot... what's wrong with men nowadays??? why they are siming at young innocent girls to be raped??? it is so wrong... i pity the girl as 10 years old is definitely not the right age to have a baby yet... she herself is still a child... i hope the man who do this to the girl will be punished severely for his actions and rot in jail forever... he had ruined an innocent live and that will leave a scar forever inside the girl's heart... take care and have a nice day...

Have you already heard of its full story and details of the incident? I think we have to get more information on this... As I have learned, a girl cannot have a baby until she has had her first menstruation? It is possible though that the girl at 10 years old may get pregnant if she had her menstruation already... But speaking of the parents of the young child, we can't put the blame on them to what happened. The one that should be grilled in hot chamber is the rapist. That crime he did should be punished with the capital, the highest in the land...

Dont just think yourself. It is possible that her parents did not know about it and when they came to know may be it was late for the abortion. Otherwise who will want her daughter to give birth to a child of rapist.

Its a pretty sick and twisted world out there.First and most importantly of all,the rapist's d*ck should be cut off and the parents must be dealt with later....!!!

OMG! That is heinous. I can't believe any parent would let their child (especially a 10 year old) go through the trauma of giving birth to a baby born out of rape. I can't tell you what these parents were thinking. It's obvious they weren't thinking about their daughter or the baby. I hope the man that raped her is serving life without parole too. Yes I think the state should step in and remove the daughter from the parents custody. I also think they should be held accountable...like negligence or criminal mistreatment of a minor. Well, I don't know about these parents,but I would like to know where this man is and why he isn't in jail with no hopes of being released. I don't believe that this child should have had to deliver this child or should she have to raise it. I don't know how parents could allow a child that age to have to suffer through something like that.

The doctors and the authorities took a study and observation with the 10 yr old child for sure, before they decided to continue the pregnancy. If they found out that the child wasnt capable of giving birth yet then they wont probably allow this to happen. Maybe the child has a very strong personality.

Oh that is so horrible for this poor child.I dont understand why they would allow this child to carry such a responsibility as to have a baby when she is just a litle girl herself.I agree with the fact that the rapist stuff should be cut off.After its cut off he should be made to eat it,lol.

I can't believe either that the 10 year olds parents let their child go through with this pregnancy, it is far too young for a child this young to go through. Also not to mention having a baby to someone who raped you. I feel sorry for this poor little girl.

well if your daughter was been rape and gave birth to a child then i would consider it... i dont want to abort the baby it was a sin...

It's terrible news. 10 year old is too young to give a birth to baby. Why man always do such immoral things, especial old man. I am very disappoint to this old man.
