Can anyone tell me how many ceasarian is safe for a mother to have?

my wife have had to C-sections earlier, the 2nd baby is 15months old at the moment. Sometime, she do feel pains and discomfort in c-area, how many c-section can she have ?

Way back when... my mother had one each time. After my two older siblings were born she was told she shouldn't have another because the stomach wall is too thin and it would be too dangerous. They didn't know my mom, lol. And accidents happen and along came I. She did have major problems and was on bedrest towards the end. They took measures to prevent a fourth birth, lol. Nowadays it seems to be different. I know several women who had two and even three kids via C-section and didn't receive a warning. It all depends on the individual person I suppose. I also know that the scar gets bigger each time, too. Your wife should talk with a doctor about the risks involved for her to carry a third child to term. If the stomach wall rips ... well.. you don't want to risk your wife's life for a third child, that's all I want to say;)

thanks for your response, that simply means 3 c-sec, it's ideal at most to avoid too much complication or regrets

as a caution 2 is ideal. If the belly is okay you can do more.
