Is seafood expensive at your place? One table of seafood, with prawn, crab, fish, oyster and some other seafood, that fit for 10 persons, cost around $30 to $100 here, depend on which restaurant you go. How about the price at your place?

I don't know where 'your place' is, but here in Virginia it's pretty expensive. I think it's like that everywhere, unless you live in a place like Maine for lobster or Louisiana for shrimp. It's probably because of the "iffy" guarantee that a lot will be caught every day and the expense of shipping these to other areas of the country. Especially with gas prices going up every minute, I'm sure seafood is getting more expensive all the time, just as most other commodities are. I live on a lake and catch my own bass. I'd love it if we had trout in the lake, but we don't. *pout*

I live on an island, that's why seafood is cheap here.
