Which part of lamb you like to eat?
I like lamb rib,
cause lamb rib is with some fats,
which is quite delicious to eat.

I don't like the rack of lamb, like you describe, but I do, indeed, love lamb. I'd rather eat just about any meat other than rack of lamb or lamb chops. :)
My favorite part of the lamb are the shanks. They're tasty, gamey, and utterly delicious. Sliced leg is also quite nice. I usually marinate the lamb in oil, cayenne pepper, chopped herbs, garlic, and a bit of brandy, which compliments the flavor nicely.
Sadly, I don't eat much meat anymore, but I do like lamb.

Well,
lamb smell can be cover by some other ingredient, sauce or spice.
Here,
we have the lamb wash with salt-water,
then put the lamb with soy sauce.
After around half-hour,
grill it and it will taste good.
