I have noted that the highest weight loss i had in a month is 5lbs, how i wish i had more...what i did was, jog / walk everyday, every morning, eat enough food, complete meal...cause i believe that proper diet and exercise will really make sense...
hope to loss weight more...

I lost 13 lbs on the medifast diet; no i'm not representing them; i would like to go back on the diet again; because from my experience it really does work! But it's too expensive; so i'm saving up for at least a month's supply because in that month; you'll lose like 25 lbs! So if i can lose that much weight again; i'll be so motivated; plus, my son is out out school so we have all this free time this summer! so i'm excited; so like today; we're gonna goto the park; pretty much all day; whatever I need to do to keep myself out of the house and away from the kitchen. losing weight is a very hard thing but I know there is a math too, it's all science really.

i think the most i lost in one month was 20lbs or close enough too it.. which is way too much to loose in a month..
I wasn't trying to loose that much in a month though it just happened.. once I lost a lot of weight I pretty much stayed at losing 10lbs a month.
I walk daily and eat right
work out and do yoga and stuff..
