Professional crickets are advocating that t20 will hits test hard due to havoc response and popularity earned by IPL. Cricket fans are favouring instant entertainment. Do any body think that t20 will affect the ODI or test matches. Pl. comments pkc3000

Yes 20-20 will effect test cricket a lot as we cant judge player will with stand for more time as they became aggressive after the 20-20. But test match is the only format where we can judge a player on his ability to play in any condition.

Yes it will affect 50 over and test cricket (i.e) we can see the scoring rates going up other formats. May be 50 overs may lose its charm but TEST cricket will always retain its glitter

T20 and Sanford 20/20 is enjoyment for the younger folks who were straying from cricket to football, basketball etc. The older folks who knows what is cricket and not there only for the enjoyment but to see intelligent mastery in playing will always demands for test. So I do not believe that ICC will throw away Test and ODI for 20/20. Also remember that England is still opposing about this form of the game.
