have you ever praise your boss just to make him happy ...i have a person in my office he does everthing to go up ...i have seen few people just work and work but they never go up or get any possition but few people get possition but coparetively they doesnt work that much apart from their work they take some odd ways to go up what do you think on it is it a right way or only key to go up ?
