The difference between AlertPay and PayPal?

Can someone explain the difference between them? And what are the advantages/ disadvantages? Do all Ptc-websites work with both of them?

You can't send money when you're paypal unverief! AND Alertpay is stuppid because you can't pay on a website with it and you can't send it to another payement processor! You're almost nothing with alertpay !

With unverified accounts, you can only receive up to $400 with AlertPay, but $500 for PayPal. For AlertPay, I think you send money but I know PayPal will not allow you to send money.

Unverified account just means that you didn't fill out the information about a bank account so you can deposit or withdraw money.
