Do you like Yoga? I like it, even though I am a primary learner. It's help for shaping and health, though sometimes difficult to practice. Do you have any experiences and thought about Yoga, share with us! :) Here are some pictures for primary learners to practice.

There are many types of yoga, and the breathing types of yoga are the ones that work to reduce pain and increase good health! There is nothing to believe, just try it and see!

Hi, I have also learned yoga for about 2 to 3 years.I definitely believe in the power of yoga as it gives relaxation to our body and also increases the concentration.yes its quite difficult when we learn it for the first time but with regular practice ,I think we can make it up.

I like yoga for the benefits it gives for us. But i dont like it, because we cant get muscles like we get in gym exercises.

Ha,I this is the difference between boy and girl I think. I don't like muscles, especially the extra muscles in my calf,I hate them, but I cant get rid of that.

I love yoga. I like to stretch but also the calmness of the mind. It is difficult in the begining as you don't have much of a connection with your body so you can't feel the proper stretch but it does come with practice. I'm sure you'll find that even the most difficult poses will get easier, just keep practising.

Going gym will make you look good but its just external shape, yoga makes you internally strong by increasing immune power.I worked as yoga instructor and mistakes in asnas, pranayamas can harm you. one thig people dont know is as muscles increases in your body i.e increase in amino acid will decrease calcium content i.e bones will be more brittle.so yoga keeps both level constant.there are also special exercises for different ages. But you have to be regular i.e wake up early, avoid junk etc.

Thank you for ur professional suggestions,it's so good to get professional views. But I want to make clear that whether going gym can increase more muscles than doing yoga? thank you for ur comment. Have a nice day.
