Have you ever experienced sleep walking?

So today I got out of bed to use the restroom and noticed that there were three t-shirts piled on the bathroom floor. According to a very reliable witness, I had taken them out of the dresser. Having no memory of this incident, I am understandably a bit freaked out. I haven't sleep walked since I was around eight or nine and am wondering why it has started up again.

i haven't had an experience of sleep walking but one of my friends in college did. she was sleeping with his boyfriend when she suddenly got out of bed & started walking. we were on the second floor. good thing her boyfriend woke up coz she walked out of the room & started walking towards the stairs. he grabbed her right before she makes the first step. in the morning, they told us what happened & we freaked out when she told us what her dream was. my friend said that a lady in white woke her up & asked her to come downstairs. after that incident, they never slept on our apartment anymore.

Wow, that is really scary. We have a three level townhouse so I guess it's a good thing that I didn't venture out of the bedroom!

Maybe once when I was younger . I sometimes will be known to talk in my sleep. Wow that is crazy.

I often talk in my sleep, but I don't make much sense according to my partner!
