Is it me or does it seem like the customers in hell's kitchen are filthy rich and seem to be snooty. They all drive up in their fancy cars and fancy clothes and it just irritates me a little. I have found some of them to be really rude and stuck up. Maybe a few of them get a kick out of watching ramsey go off on the cooks who knows? its just my opinion of course i worked in a resturant and dealt with those kinds of customers and vowed to never be one.

Well Ramsey is the best, and I'm sure he invites some of the best to sample the food. But don't forget we have had pregnant moms and we have had familys with kids as well. I think it is great that they use variety.

Well Hells Kitchen isn't exactly cheap and its hard to get reservations so you would expect that the people getting in there would have money to spare going to a restaurant like that. What annoys me more if how pissy they act or how surprised and insulted they feel when they actually approach the kitchen and ask to talk to Ramsey to complain. Come on, they've seen the show, they know whats going on. Stop walking off like it was a waste of your time, you're on TV for goodness sakes.

I think that if the service sucks and the food is bad I will complain. I use to be a cook and a waitress, I have had customers that are snobby and rude. Usually they had a reason to be that way. If the food was cold, not what they ordered, or the waiter is slow and unattentive, they have every right to be upset. I am the same way. I will speak to the manager if I am not happy with my meal.
