Do you pay attention or interested in ads that you clicks on PTC site?

I wonder if most of the earner just click and ignore the ads then does it worth for buy advertiser on PTC site?
For me, sometimes I see the ads and go further on that link but most of the time that I click ads I just ignore them and wait until the valid sign appear.
