There is one easy method to keep your blood pressure under check, whether you believe it or not. It is listening to classical music. It is a proven method. A study says listening to classical music for about 20 to 25 minutes a day keep your blood pressure under check! Who don't you try, if you have already not?

May I just ask where you got this information from? or if you have tried it yourself. I dont have any problem with blood pressure for now, but my mom have high blood pressure and she have to eat medicine for it in every morning. It do be great if that works atleast abit, I would tell her about this then.

I read in a local news paper that "Researchers at the American Society of Hypertension's Twenty Third Annual Scientific Meeting and Exposition (ASH 2008) reported that patients with mild hypertension who listened to just half an hour of classical,Celtic or raga music a day for four weeks experienced significant reductions in 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure (ABP). This is the first study to examine the antihypertensive effect of music listening on ambulatory blood pressure (ABP). First paragraph of the article said "to listen to 30 minutes of rhythmically homogenous music every day", to keep blood pressure in check. Got clarified
