As a writer, how can you say that a book or an article is well made?

I can agree with that because I will always admire the works of people who have proved to themselves as well others that having a hard knock life will not stop the true artist in them. And my top favorite authors who portray this and bless us with their words of wisdom through their life experiences are: Maya Angelou Frank McCourt I hope one day I will be able to meet them and tell them just how much each one in their own way has helped encourage my spirit.
