What is the ,primary currency in yout PayPal?

What is the primary currency in your PayPal account?
I put it as default - USD before,
but I change it too Euro last month,
cause the value of USD drop too much.
But now many people transfer money into my PayPal by USD,
who I change back to USD to avoid fees?

I have two currency (Euro and US dollar). And the fee's are not so high so I don't see the problem (I don't think you use 1000's of dollars in your paypal account)
