Easy Difficult To judge mistake of others. To recognise our own mistakes To talk without thinking. To refrain the tongue. To hurt those who love us. To heal the wound. To forgive others. To ask for forgiveness To set rules To follow them To show victory To assume defeat with dignity To promise To fulfill that promise To make mistakes To learn from them. To criticise others To improve oneself. To think bad about others. To give benefit of doubt. To receive To give To read this To follow To say we love To show it everyday.

Hi ketybhagat, thanks for coming with this discussion. Well, it's kind of hard to to do what did you write. Just like the oldies said, the words come easier rather for the action. I did have one experience for one it. I did argue with my friend for protecting my younger sister. But she's my best friend. After one year, I decide to seek forgiveness from her. I was thinking the situation made it like that. Both of us did the mistake. So I think I don't want to loose my best friend any longer. It's fine to start the friendship again. we been for best friend for 7 years. So I think it's a big good step to start although a very big ego in my heart to say "I am sorry"

Yes it is difficult though it looks easy. When we are in a good mood then everything is bright and rosy but in a bad mood.....We need to have a remarkable sense of self-control and will-power to face the barbs of life with equanimity. This can be brought about with years of Tapasya, Sadhana and self-discipline. It is only when we reach the state of Sthithapragnyata or the state of Total Equanimity we will become unfazed with all the obstacles and difficult phases of life. Mylot code: veejay19
