Your reaction when you see someone smoking in a NO-SMOKING zone?

The question is very simple: What would you do if you find someone smoking in a non-smoking area? Lets take an example, Suppose you are working in an MNC and the floor is in the NON-SMOKING zone.One day you find your boss smoking in his cabin,what would be your reaction?

i cant say what i would do, it depends on the moment. maybe i get angry but maybe i wont say a thing,it is your bos ofcourse. i think that i wil give him an angry face.

Ask him if he had a spare one I could smoke, probably. In the UK, now you can't smoke in any enclosed place, and this is enforced quite heavily. If I'm honest, it seems a little bit over the top, but then, I suppose you have to accept these things in a nanny state. The only place I would rather people didn't smoke (though, it doesn't really affect me if they do) is in a restaurant, when others are eating.
