will you sell her puppy or just give it away?

I would prefer to give a puppy to someone I know will take care of it. If its a pure bred though it would make sense to sell. Most owners of pure breds for shows etc look after their dogs ver well.

i think that's very generous for him. i will do the same, if i am on his feet. provided that i will only give the puppies to the people who are special to me. to receive a puppy as a gift is really special, and would make the receiving person glad.

I think I agree that having the puppies just because is maybe not a great idea. That said...I would ask for something for them and there are two reasons for that. 1)There will be vet costs...and if there aren't, then I definitely stand by my opening sentence. So, unless your brother has a disposable income, I am sure he would like to recoup at least the vet expense. 2) Many people go around taking up free puppies (and kitties) to then sell to research laboratories or other types of groups where the animals will meet will likely endure hardship and suffering...those people usually will not, however, even pay $20 for these animals. So, by asking for even a small amount, you are taking an extra step to help ensure the puppies are going to homes who really want them.

hi kaezy_kulet... logical thing to do is sell the puppies...give it away if the reciever is someone you really know they will take care of it...but if you just give it to strangers then better sell it...it adds value to the puppies because they bought it... just my thoughts hehe ^_^ SMILE ALWAYS...

Giving away puppies is wonderful, as long as your brother doesn't mind paying the vet fees and stud fees. Which can end up being alot. I know labs don't sell for much, but it'b be a good idea even to just charge $50 for them. So he isn't at a major loss.

Not sure, not having any puppy yet. But I think we will sell it, cause now economy here is terrible, selling puppy can earn around $200, which is very high compare to our low salary.
