Quick tip for DIET!!

For every ten people who go for diet, seven regain the weight they shed, and many put to several ADDITIONAL pound. Being slim for life takes more then counting calories. I get some point from a book, which is: - be realistic trying to shrink to an impossible low weight dooms you to defeat. - don't skip meal some people alway thought skipping meal can become slim but that is a mistake. Meal-eaters burn off 10% more calories then meal-skipper because every time they eat, their metabolic will goes up. - get walking Take a stair instead of elevator or get off the bus a fews blocks away from your office (if still early) This is some of my point, I hope myLotter can bring out more helpful tip!
