How you laugh heartfully? I mean from inside when you are really happy is it?
Could you name one incident?

I do not laugh often anymore.
Not because I'm sad, but just busy.
And, that is a shame. Laughter really is
the best medicine.
I watch funny movies and tv shows often
and then I laugh. Not a tiny laugh, but
a big gut laugh. It's not pretty!

I laugh heartfully everyday at work/my parents house. There isn't a day that goes by that something hilarious doesn't happen. Especially if you can get my brother, who i take care of for a living, to laugh. He knows no other way to laugh and its always contagious.
