mood is total off today

I dont know why but some day I remain like a fused bulb even if everything in my surrounding effecting me is OKAY and some times mood is so refreshing even my I am in trouble all around. But today its total off due to boss. He has returned from his vacation. His behavious is good with me but his way of working is very irritating and same thing happened today. He does not give important decisions on time and scold people in the whole deptt (not me for god sake) for not doing it in time. Make heavy heavy rules. We follow them strictly but he breaks them all himself. Totally sick of his habit. Always busy in making long telephon calls to dont know whom and reading every nonsense on internet and showing his super intelligent in discussions. Trying to dominate with his third class fundas.
