Oh yea, too many times. Biggest mistake took out a second mortgage 125% of my house. owe 1st and second Total won't say! house dropped to 50% of market Oh, and credit cards ouch.... Whats yours

I got too many to say but if it's any consolation... I have a great wife and 3 wonderful kids.... all from my wrong decisions.

Yes and no. I wish I could take back quite a few things but at the same time I learned a few lessons when totally screwing up.
