Hello friends!i have seen many incidents, which motivated to start this discussion. People receive respect if they earn more. I have seen people who are earning without any great skills and i have seen people who are very talented are working for less wages. What should i think about this? please help me

I suppose people have the tendancy to think that people with a certain income are more successful. They think that these people have a higher intellegence because otherwise they wouldn't be making that salary. They think that they have been schooled more than they have. They think that these people have had to work hard to get to the place they are in. Unfortunately if somebody has some bad luck and can only find a job as a janitor then people will also immediately assume that this person is of lesser intelligence, which need not always be the case. Even though a lot of the time people are advised to work at what they like it's not really that easy if you have a family you need to support. And if cleaning out the john pays the bills then you'll just have to do it, regardless of how people perceive you.

Yes, I'm afraid so. I don't know why a person's income matters but for some it is really important.
