Does Buxto SCAM? / myLot

I joined Buxto sine Jan 08 and reached $10 since 20th Jan 08.I request for payout on 20 Jan.08 but now 4 month passed ,I still did not get paid.I was a standard member not a upgrade one. Ticket was opened but I still not received response. So, what about your experience in this case.?

I am not a member and I am not sure whether it is available online now a days. But your experience shows that it is a scam.
