Can you really make money with the You Tube adsense players or Smoinge.com?

Recently, I stumbled upon smoinge.com - has anyone heard of this? It says that you can use adsense to make money using their You Tube players, but you are supposed to upload your videos from You Tube and put them on their site. Well, I tried to upload some of my videos and it said that the video already exists in their files and to email them with proof that it is yours to remove it. Soooo... then I uploade a brand new video *(made sure to choose the option not to show the embed code) - and tried to upload it. It said the same thing? Does anyone know what is going on with this?

You should read the next response! I think it might be a scam, actually since they have you put your embed code in the form. If you chose not to allow the embed code - this would be a good way for them to get it I guess!
