Herbal medicines

Do you guys use herbal medicines everyday. If yes, what kind of medicines do you use? I give my girls some ayurvedic medicines whenever they have cold and cough. It helps them always.

Dear Viday, You give only ayurvedic medicines. Don't give any alopatheic medicenes which will bring side effect. If a problem fix by ayurveda you rely on it. It is good.
