Do you (secretly) think about increase your lips?

I'm asking that because I have notice that some women dream secretly about improve some things in their faces or bodies. It is easy to know if we pay attention on what them look at in a magazine advertisements (specialy from plastic). It doesn't mean that they will go to do a surgery but only dream about it. And you? Since that big lips are fashion now, do you already dream about increase your lips?

No I wouldn't think about it at all, I see these stars that have it done and firstly I think how obvious it looks and then I think of the pain as I am definitely one that is not into needles and pain...
