Why is it that Philippines is not included in the ClickBank's list of countries?

In my own search for online income earning opportunities, I chanced upon ClickBank. However, to my dismay, I was not able to sign-up to the program as the Philippines is not on ClickBank's accepted countries list. I wonder why...

I all depends on where the advetisers want to market their good. I guess this site dosen't have anyone wating to promote anything in the phiippines.
