Well, as some of you know, I've been trying to learn to like more fruits a vegetables. I love the flavor of raspberry candies and jelly etc. But I tried eating frest raspberries and they tasted too ....sour or tart, (I'm not sure which word to use.) So one time I tried covering them in melted chocolate and making Chocolate Covered Raspberries...They were pretty good, but hard work, Lol. Another time, I dipped them in sugar and they tasted good that way, but I probaby added a hundred extra calories to them by adding sugar... So TODAY, for breakfast,I was having a bowl of Kashi's GoLean Crunch Cereal, and I threw some fresh raspberries in it. It was really good! I'm going to have that every morning from now on!

Good for you. Eating a good breakfast will help you get a taste for fruits then later on in the day you can have some veggies, it'll all work out.

A lot of people do not realise that fruit isn't always all that sweet. Berries in particular can be very sour/tart to the tastebuds. Unfortunately adding chocolate and sugar isn't going to help a lot in the way of eating a more balanced diet, which is the point of this exercise in the first place. Although I do have to admit that you can get used to the taste over time. But don't expect it to work overnight. Try some berries in plain yoghurt. That really is good and if you have whole yoghurt you won't even need to add sugar or sweetner and you'll still have a healthy treat.
