Your Favourite Kitchen Gadget

Hi,
I believe that people who loves to cook often fill their kitchen with products that makes cooking a little easier ...getting dinner ready.
My favourite gadget is my pressure cooker.Everything just get ready in minutes rice in 15 min ,beans get cooked around 5-6 minutes,corn cob will take approx 2min..
I f ever you decide to purchase a pressure cooker go for a stainless steel one as it does not interacts with the acidic food nor will you get a a metallic taste .You can find good ones at a cheap rates on amazon.com.
I also have to admit that a food processor just makes your cooking easier and perfect ...But i just hate to use it thinking up for all the cleaning i have to do after using the food processor.....
So what dazzles in your kitchen ......

Hate to say it ... but I love my Microwave! Love the way it cooks veggies, rice....and a wonderful way to cook roasts to perfection! But another is my food dehydrator...a wonderfully simple way to put food by! Cheers!

Microwave ...well its one of the gadgets that is lying in my cupboard for years. I have a Daewoo Microwave ...I had bought it when microwave had hit the markets . Although I was excited about it ..I just couldn't operate it ..It does not have that Degrees and most of the recipes books are with the setting of degrees or Fahrenheits. I have tried my best ...i have tried baking, cakes ,cookies from outside they look neat and when u have a bite from inside its burnt ....Its a one kitchen gadget that i have never been to operate...
