has mylot improved your english and your speed on typing words?

i have big fingers and my wife bought a small keyboard now i am having a hard time typing words for sometimes i press two letters at the same time. but mylot is a good place where we can practise english. well practising english is not for people who english is not the native language but for people who english is the native language.
so for you does mylot helps you improve your english and your speed on typing. i admit mylot does helps. a lot.

yes there are a lot of benifits that mylot can offer and the coolest is we can earn while giving our piece of mind and our views. you can also gain friends from different parts of the world. that is so cool. we are like one family

Practising english is not for people whose english is not the native language but for people whose native language is english? 
Anyway, yeah, this site has certainly helped me on raising my typing speed as well as hone my communications skills with the english language.
I really like being active in this site very much, especially when I end up visiting someone's profile and seeing their discussions that interests me, it gets me all active again.

har har har i forgot to put just, but i am so happy that even i got it all messed up you guys are here to respond. i appreciate that. yes there are cool discussions and cool profiles as well, there are a lot of things you can do here at mylot and some good discussion to learn with.

well i dont know about my English but yes i have gained a bit of typing speed and that is a very good thing now a days cause if you dont have a good typing speed then it is very difficult at lot of places

your english sounds okay, i go for simple words so that everybody can understand. some english i dont know the meaning but i look it up on the dictionary. learning is one of the benifits we get here. goodluck, happy posting

It helps me a lot also, I can type fast now even if I am not using proper fingering! But, I love the output, I also improve my spelling and I learn a lot, joke, puzzle,real life situations and all! I love to stay here plus we earn too! LOL!

har har har, i can say we are at the same boat when you say that you are not using the proper finger for the proper letter. i even use just one finger when typing har har har but that is just when i am holding my drink. which is not that often.

I teach English grammar and writing. I suggest if you want to improve your English language skills (Good for you) use micosoft word and always run a grammar and spelling check. Secondly read good american or english books--like pride and prejudice-and you will absorb the flavor of the language!!

thank you very much for the info and the tip. i read a lot of news from the net in that way i learn a lot of english words. i also read books and magazines. english is not our native language but i teach my son to speak english he is two years old.

i am new to mylot... lets see what mylot does to typing speed and my english. but as you have mentioned about sometimes typing two letters instead of one. it is annoying.
my native language is not english it is hindi. so waiting to see what mylot does to my english.

english is not my native language as well, i am from the philippines and we speak tagalog. so i am sure mylot will improve your english as long as you are willing to learn. read a lot and post a lot. thanks a lot for the respond

sure it did. i not only improved my english i improved my typing and it improved my comprehension as well. i can say that sometimes i have problems on spelling for i am used to cut words due to text messaging but i am so far so good practising it well on mylot. it is really fun doing a lot of things here not just gaining friends and earning it also enhance our mind and sharpness as well.

sure you did express it all in a good response there roni. yes text messaging really affects our spelling abilities and it is nice that mylot does not allow those cut words that most of us used on texting. it is a good way to enhance our spelling and comprehension

I think and hope it will helps me more here in mylot.I've been my very best to have improvement in english while mylotting.My speed of typing is consider as quite fast as im used to chatting online,so..i practise from there and my typing is just right.

just like typing your english will enhance here dont worry for that. just make sure you read a lot of discussion here and look for the meaning of words on a dictionary if you are not familiar with it. there are a lot of words that i dont understand but i know most of that are just american expressions. such as LMAO... i dont know what is that har har har

Indeed, mylot had helped me alot in my english as well as my typing speed.. haha ^_^ Before i knew about mylot, i was seldom online and i dun even belong to any social networking site.. But ever since i got to know about mylot and been coming here more often, i found that i'm actually typing faster than b4 and i get to know more about the usage of proper english ^_^

i agree with you. i only use the net to communicate with my brother who lives abroad and to read news. a friend introduce me to mylot and from then on i visit the net more often. i dont just learn here i also contribute for other people to learn. it is just to cool. thanks a lot for the response

Yes, I really have improved my English and it is the main reason why I'm here. I have no possibility to practice my English with my friends coz they know it badly so it's a good chance for me. I also noticed that my speed on typing has improved too.

Well, I have noticed that in the past few months that I have joined myLot and started posting and replying from post, my typing speed has increased. It has also helped me to formulate better English. MyLot does bring beneficial effects on both aspects. This aside from earning money online.

English has become the universal language of the world and breaks all communication barriers.One talk with anyone around the world in English.
English is definitely helped every one a lot.So,where ever you are and whoever you are you should have good English language.
Also,computer has come to almost all the people around the world.Chatting and browsing has become an indispensable part of every ones life.
And mylot improves both the English language and typing speed.Before I was very slow in typing.Now,at least I can say I am some what "ok"

breaks all communication barriers is so true, and also true that you can speak english where ever yo ugo, what ever part of the world you go there is always someone to talk english with maybe there are people who does not speak the language that good but simple english is okay. thanks a lot for the response

there are a lot of people who english is there first language but still like you are happy that mylot has improved it more. as english as your native language you can also teach other people here who wanted to learn english.

This is true MYLOT helps me to concentrate back on my English. Well my typing has always been there because this is my area of studies. I pass it in my C.X.C. & S.S.C. exams. But I have loss concentration on my english because of my sickness that I receive during my college days. So I am so glad that I am able to participate in a setting like this site.

yes mylot helps not just to gain friends and to know what is the culture of other countries but it also enhance our speed and comprehension on english and on discussion others started. i am not that good in typing. i even have big hands and fingers that sometimes i press the wrong button but i am happy that mylot helps me in so many ways.
