What should I do?

I have almost no idea what I want to do when I get out of college. I'm not even quite sure what I want to major in yet. I like designing things and building stuff, so architecture is an option. I've wanted to be a lawyer for a while, but now I'm not sure. I've always been fond of inventing things, though inventors have such a variable income, it seems kind of stupid to do that. My uncle is a newspaper editor and he seems to have fun, plus I've always liked writing, so thats an option. My dream job (and I know it sounds childish) is to design roller coasters, yet there are so few companies that do that anymore, and most of them (good ones, at least) are in Europe. I've also always been interested in how the brain works and how people think, so psychology would be really cool. So yea, I have 3 more years until I need to decide something, but I want to have some kind of plan, so does anybody have any ideas??

There is no reason to think you need to know what you are doing after colleg. Right now just take classes that seem interesting and in time you willfind what is best for you. Many people change their majors. That is because after studying something you find that it is not right for you. Even after you graduate, statistics show that you most likely will change careers several times. Don't bother trying to lock yourself into anything now. Just enjoy the college experience and learn for the sake of learning. The rest will fall into place on it's own.
