I honestly don't think that cell phones are absolutely necessary. I live in a hollow and I haven't met a cellphone yet that works down here. I have a home phone and an answering service and that's enough. Cellphones annoy the living sh*t out of me anyway. If I want to talk to you, I'll call you from home. Don't track me down at Walmart or the grocery store. I hate listening to people gab on their cellphones at the store and in the car it's dangerous. A cell should be for emergencies. But that's just my opinion.

I think that a lot of people now are really concerned with their cellphones and really are attached to them. I know that young adults seem to be the ones that are attached to their cellphones the most. They can't go anywhere with out it and they spend all of their time chatting on the phone. It's kind of annoying really. I hate going everywhere and hearing people constantly talking on the phone. It really gets old after awhile.

Yes the world has come to that. Now a day with cameras on the phones there are things that can be caught on a phone that would not have been caught before. You tube is one place where things like that are viewed. Then when it comes to family and friends that your not living close to the cell is the best means of keeping up with them just to see how they are doing.

All admit that I was almost five minutes late for church this morning because I went back home to get my forgotten cellphone. Mind you, my husband works in AZ, and it's important that we are in contact (I'm currently in Ontario Canada). My cellphone is only for us to stay in contact, and for me to use if I get stuck somewhere, or need a ride home. If my husband was in town with me, I would not have worried about my forgotten phone.
