Law against Smoking in Homes with Children Present

What are your thoughts on your government potentially passing a law in which you are not allowed to smoke in your own home in the presence of children? If caught, you would be penalized with a hefty fine. Do you think a law like this should be allowed to pass? Do you think that this is an infringement of your personal space/property - ie. it is your own home? Do you buy into the whole Big Brother idea? Do you think the government is going too far? I am curious to see what people's opinions are on this controversial topic.
