wats important in a relation?

Love , respect for each other, mutual understanding, devotion.

For me, to make the relationship works, there should be love, trust, honesty and understanding. You should respect and be sensitive with each other's feeling. If there's problem, make sure you talk it over and find solution before the end of the day. I did that and so far it works. Am married for 18 years now and were very much happy.

Understanding is most important in a relationship. It is a give and take world and one must understand ones partner in order to have a happy life. With understanding comes love and respect. When you cant understand your partner, you end up quarrelling and unhappiness.

For me "mutual understanding " is of the utmost importance. I think without mutual understandig there would be no trust, love, respect and the list goes on. For all these thing to exist there needs to be mutual understanding between two people.

communication. I think everything could be worked out when it's talked about. Sometimes, even if there is love, when there is no communication, they lose trust. They lose that bond. Yes, love is there, but connection is also important. Without communication, love probably couldn't have blossomed. (I know it's a weird answer. But besides love, I think this is one thing a lot of relationships lack. Couples may love each other. But if they don't talk to each other, a lot of things can come in their way. Pride and jealousy could just be enough to cloud the eyes of a loved man.)

For me, love ain't it all; it's a battle between trust and respect. One thing I know, love will not survive without these two. One will gonna give up if he/she wasn't trusted or respected by the person he/she loved.

Perhaps its love! Love seems to be the roots of everything. respect, devotion, trust etc...

its love" because to have a good relationship all start with love. because if both partner love each other truly, there are no more hatred, infedelity, jealousy etc.
