I think I would do the smart thing and just keep quiet. Sometimes you need to stand up for what you believe in, but other times it's best to keep quiet and not rock the boat. It all depends on how much you need to keep your job and how strongly you believe you need to speak up.

I beilieve that if whats happening is wrong then you should speak up even if are sure that you will get in to trouble by rocking the boat ; no pont benig unhappy with your work place enviourment.

Definitely...wish there was more of it...but then sometimes best to keep quiet and keep the peace, makes the work place a happier place sometimes...but if you feel something is strong enough to defend...do it...

i think it is important. everyone in the work place should be treated equally. but i think some people that have strong morals need to observe them in private so to not cause other people to feel like they are walking on eggshells around you

Well said man. True high morals should be observerd in Private but I also think that a level of moral standard should always be maintained.
