are you getting enough exercise?

exercise burns fat,builds muscle,lower cholesterol,etc..are you getting enough exercise???

Unfortunately I am not getting enough exercise for me. I tried doing some cardio for 15 to 30 minutes everyday and some weights every other day. But I haven't seen any results in my figure but I did felt that I am less tired whenever I do my exercises.
