HI all!! If ever in life you had a target to meet a weight loss challenge, what according to you contributed the most? It can be anything-determination,your diet, your workout, your trainer,or an insult from someone that made you firm about such a step and success! first of all, congrats to your success, and all the very best for your future targets!! cheers..

It has been about 3 months and I have lost about 8 kilos through extensive exercise but not on a strict diet even though I quited things like chocolates which I love most and other forms of candy.Determination was the major factor of my weight loss and waking up and looking at a photo of me 8 kilos heavier also motivated me as I regretted ever letting myself go to such a bad situation where I am always tired and sick.Exercise has also improved my health as I have had only one asthma attack through my regime of which I has at least 3 times a week.

This is the first time I have lost weight without strving myself, It has beenvery successful. I have already lost 24 lbs. in 3 mons. It may not be the fastest wieght loss but its been steady. What strated the real loss was keeping trak of what I ate, writing it down. 1200 calories was the limit, i also started eating alot of vegs. friut, and fiber. The fiber bars are my sweet treat thats healthy. I would say the high fiber has been a big contribution to my weight loss. i do some stretch exercises, lunges and running.

The most effective way to lose weight is to eat less, eat healthy and get exercise. So I don't think it's possible to single out any one thing.
