Where do you get your daily strength?

Everyday we have to wake up to go on with our journey called 'life'. It doesn't matter if we were so tired yesterday or last night, still we have this energy to stretch and move our body out of bed to go to work or wherever. I was just wondering, where do you get your daily strength? Is it from the food that we eat everyday? Is it the love from our loved ones that inspires us to get up and go on because we have a goal for the future? Is it from God that gives us inner energy to face all trials with great love? What do you think? Is it the combination of all I said or there's still more? Thanks

I would like to share with you this simple message, "The Joy of the Lord is my Strength." I believe the strenght that I have everyday comes from the ONE who supplies all my needs. :) The Bible says, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." Have a nice day! :)

I don't know where i get my strenght, all I know is that I have to get up because I have things to do. It takes a while before I actually wake up, I need my cup of coffee, than I'll sit here and answer MYlot question, so around 11am I'll start to clean and do my homework. I know it's not the food.

It's hard to say for Me. I get my Second wind out of Nowhere sometimes. But today I started working on a Community Charity project. We're Building a playground for Disabled Children in my County. I was working with total strangers, that have come in from around the State. I felt like I have known some of these people 4 -ever. They have good hearts , and Clear Minds. I found that I could do anything after doing my part 2-day. I'll be participating in this Charity event all week.......... I hope I can last through it's Construction. 2-day.....I helped carry 18 ft. Beams for One of the toy-project , I had never actually needed or Cared to use a spud-Bar untill 2-Day and Sinking and burying the Beams by hand was hard. And my hands are killing me ( CArpal-tunnel ) But I will gladly jump in and do this 4 the duration of the week , or untill my hands give out completely. which ever comes first!

physical strength comes from eating food. bUT what is more important is the will to go on and live. Lifes small surprises and joys and things make us happy and give us our strength to go on. For me i wake up every new dsy thinking of my son. He is two and does a lot of pranks which interest me.
