help!

I am going to Vegas in a month and a half with my bf, I would like to lose about 10 lbs, targeting my hips and stomach...anyone have any tips? Besides exercise, eat right, I know that, but specifically, any ways to target those areas or lose that amount in that time frame??

in the exercize area of walmart. i think over by the bikes and fishing crap.... they have the yoga mats and stuff. but there are these wraps and they are made of a rubbery type material with spandex covering well it has velcro on it and you basically wrap it around your problem area and wear it all day and when you work out as well. it really works. it will tighten your skin adn makes you sweat a nd you will loose inches in a very short periosd of time. jsut wear them every day. good luck. bye
