OMG ...I DONT PRACISE WHAT I PREACH,...A BIT TIRED ..NOT ENOUGH SLEEP... I forgot to mention...WATER... clean fresh water..helps in removing toxins,flushing ouy the kidneys,someone already gave the formula in yr response section ,no need to repeat

Hie Priya, you could find a lot of answers on ways to be healthy from everywhere - books, internet, friends, here and it's basically the same. But first you might like to ask yourself do you feel unhealthy? If you don't feel healthy then compare with the guidelines that you think is relevant and start working on it. Start with small goals and not too many at one go, at your own pace so it will be easier to achieve. It would take some time before you will reach your goal but eventually you will reach it. Maintaining good health in long term would provide you a better quality and meaningful life. Healthy living has several dimensions, including physical, social and mental. One needs to strive to score well on all fronts to be truly healthy. Indeed, they are interrelated, as good physical health without a sound mental health is poor health, and that a deficit in one can trigger off a deficit in the otherwise healthy other.
