I make virtually all of our food from scratch, buy raw ingredients and make healthful meals...garlic is one of our favorites, we use a lot of onion as well (same family of veggies, a lot of antibiotic properties). I feel healthful eating is very important. I began this kind of cooking several years ago because of my children's health problems, cutting out additives, preservatives and artificial colors has made an amazing difference. Its worth it to me, I spend an awful lot of time in the kitchen, but my family is beyond worth it to me.

honestly im not really cautious in what i eat! i just eat foods that i think i like. i love exploring and tasting lots of foods. its one of my favorite thing to do. i even tried eating exotic foods. like insects, pig intestine, pig's blood, pig's ears, chicken's intestine and head...
