Influence of friend circle in UR life

Hi,
As a student I think along with study maintaining discipline is very very important.But above things are totally influenced by friend circle.Because one of my cousin who was great scholar once upon a time totally ruined by his friend circle.But so far my experience is concerned,whether UR friend,family influence UR life or not totally depends upon U.I amy right or wrong I don't know. So please give UR comment.

I think friends and family do influence our lives. They help mold who we are as people. My friends kept me going in college and striving for the best that I could be. One friend and I in a class had a competition going to see who could get better marks. It was in all good fun.

yeah,it's true. our friends can definitely influence us. if my roommates don't do their homework and are watching movie. then i won't do my homework either and start to surf the internet. if my best friend don't wana listen to the teacher in class and wanna chat with me, how can i refuse? i find myself become lazier and lazier after i entered university. nobody around me wants to self study. i don't know how to motivate myself now. playing always seems more interesting than textbooks.
