Are you know what is the minimum impression limit per month of google adsense to avoid being banned?

I am a new google adsense publisher & have started publishing ads in my blog & website. Before adsense I was busy in paid to click sites but now income of adsense really made them useless to me. I earned 3.21$ in 1 month 7 days from 768 impressions. Recently I noticed that google adsense has a terms that if they are not satisfied with the impressions/earning of a adsense publisher of two month then they will ban that account. Can anyone tell how much impressions is needed to avoid ban? I am very anxious.
