what do you do when you can't sleep?

i can't sleep now that's why i am here online even though its 3:15 am here in our country..
posting here and replying discussions to earn dollars and creating website.
so what do you guys?

Usually if I can't sleep, then I find a book or something to read and just do that for awhile. Reading always makes me really sleepy, so that can usually help me to get to sleep. I try to keep the lights dim while I'm doing it too, so that way the bright lights don't keep me wide awake so much. I hope you are able to fall asleep soon!

Well I have those days where I cant fall asleep way to much. Last weekend I couldnt sleep because it was to hot and I cant sleep when its to hot. So I just played videogames normally I would be on the internet searching for stuff but my internet wasnt working so I just played grand theft auto 4 all night long till I was just to tired and had to fall asleep.

Right now it's 3:54 pm here in the US; and to when that time comes for me some times i'm just watching tv. It's rare that i get out of bed and come to the computer to sign on. But for those times that I can't sleep i do watch tv or dvd. Have a nice one.
