It is the shorter and easier one for my dear friends. What event or who sets your pulse racing? It may be any event such as fast driving, fishing, mountaineering, trekking etc. or may be your partner, boy/girl friend or any of the person, which you like most. Please share your thoughts with me. Thanks in advance.

Quite honestly dpk, it's the freedom to just be myself these days that sets my pulse racing. Getting out from under a bad marriage, getting involved in my community and the excitement of revitalizing it and bringing it into the 21st Century gets me out of bed and looking forward to the day now. I'm finally comfortable in my own skin again and that's the key to finding excitement in anything we do really, isn't it? Being happy with who you are and what you are capable of doing.

Honestly for me, I have to say God. When God's provisions and blessings come right on time, it literally blows my mind. There is no one who I can count on the way that I can with him. He is just so awesome. I love him dearly, because he loved me first.

Good question dpk, I would like to hear your response to this aswell... Here are some things that would get my pulse racing in different ways, lol: * seeing my partner for the first time * seeing a shark in the water * doing a speech in front of a large audience (scary) * singing at kareoke (pulse racing - but in a good way - I love singing) * skiing down the slopes at Snowy Mtns (great thrills) * skydiving (yet to be done - but I know it would definately get my pulse racing). * horse riding in the sunset on a beach (yet to be done - but I know it would be exciting) * dancing (feel free and it is great fun) I know there are many more things in life that get my pulse racing. My pulse has raced many times in happy events, such as first kiss, interview, being scared, thrill seeking events etc.

Kiran, undoubtly you stole the show with your answer. The events/things/happenings you listed are really something, which can even set my pulse racing. You gave a wider vision to the discussion. I have not seen the shark, live (only on TV, I have seen it), but if I see it, it will set my pulse racing. Making an extempore speech in front of huge audience will also set my pulse racing. As I said, in one of my comments above, when I confront a beautiful looking woman with tender, sweet and soft voice, that sets my pulse racing....LOL!

The what? I would have to say when I used to Barrel Race my paint mare at the fairs. It was quite exhilarating. Going for a burn on her now is just about as good though. The Who? Mel Gibson, Patrick Swayze, Jean-Claude VanDamme.....

Hello deepak! At first it was my husband who got my pulse race fast but that's the time we first met at the airport. I was really nervous that my whole body are trembling. We met online and that I don't what to do or expect especially we met after 2 1/2 years of talking online. But now, I got used to it. There are many things that made my heart beat fast or my pulse beat. My pulse beat very fast when I run fast and it made me out of breath. My pulse beat fast too when I have a demonstration and I have to teach 30 - 60 children in front of my cooperating teacher and that I have been evaluated. That time is really scary....I am glad I surpassed it...

Quite an interesting response, full marks to you. I can understand your plight, when you would have met your hubby for the first time, it would have been very tough to control your emotions and heart beat and your pulse would have shoot up. Oh! I did not not know that you are a teacher too, it is really great to know that you can handle upto 60 kids and can give them some good lessons. Many Thanks for enriching the posts with your experiences.
